Program
This is what it’s all about and let’s keep it simple. Our residential program is based on the best of two worlds. Modern Western science-based psychology and ancient Eastern practises. We are located in Bali for a reason! You will see this reflected back in the composition of our team and in your daily activities.
Our program takes you on a journey inside your body and mind. With counselling/ psychotherapy, hypnotherapy and Somatic (Body-based) therapy you will become aware of the pain and old beliefs in your subconscious mind. It will also help you to accept what happened in the past, and teach you habits to deal with similar situations in the future.
Our physical activities such as Breathwork meditation, Personal Training sessions, yoga and traditional Balinese healing massage, will help you to understand how your mind and body are connected and how you can optimize them working in harmony. All to make you feel better and in control.
Our nutritionist will help you to understand what foods are best for you in combination with your personal exercise plan.

BESPOKE PROGRAM
Picture this: you arrive at the airport and our driver picks you up and takes you to your own private luxury pool villa. From that moment on for the next few weeks all you do and all we do is focus on YOU. Quality time only for you.
In our regular residential group program we accommodate a very small group of up to 4 clients. This is already very personalized.
However, our highly exclusive bespoke program is for those who prefer an individual anonymous experience. Catered to your every need. We will wrap our program around you and adjust to your personal wishes. Contact us for more information if this is what you are looking for.
Your happiness: our program to improve your mental strength
(over 12 hours per week)
The Reset Therapy Program: dynamic therapy sessions where you will understand where your issues come from. You overcome shame and guilt and feeling anxious and/or depressed. You will shift your perspective on the things that have happened to you so you can feel calm and at peace with your life and have faith in your future. The foundation of this program is based on Acceptance & Commitment therapy and Interpersonal Therapy.
Counselling: In your one-on-one counselling sessions you can address all the insights that you have learned in the therapy program and apply it to your personal situation. Your therapist will guide you and hold up a mirror by asking you questions. Therapy is based on a combination of CBT, DBT, Acceptance & Commitment therapy and Client based therapy. You decide what you want to work on with your therapist. Counselling sessions are a very comfortable place where the therapist holds space for you and you move in your own pace.
Hypnotherapy: In your weekly hypnotherapy session you will let go of the past and create a strong connection with your intuition. If you do NOT want to try hypnotherapy we can offer an extra counselling session instead.
Body-Based-Therapy: In your BBT session you will create a deeper awareness of the synergy between your mind, body and spirit. The session will integrate the insights from your counselling and hypnotherapy sessions and allowing you to physically let go of past trauma and pain.
Your strength: our physical health & nutrition program
(around 10 hours per week)
Our physical exercise program is tailored to your needs and desires. We will make sure that the program is grounding and helps you to get into your body and being more mindful. Usually, the first week we suggest a calmer routine with yoga and stretching exercises. If you prefer a more intense workout program, we can adjust accordingly. (For those with physical disabilities we can provide an alternative, please contact us if this is the case).
Personal Trainer: in your weekly PT session our Personal Trainer will help you set up your exercise program based on your level of fitness. Our PT will guide you during your session and explain which exercises fit your needs and workout goals.
Nutrition: In our nutrition session the nutritionist will go over a meal plan with you specifically designed to your needs and physical goals.
Balinese massage: in your weekly healing body massage by our traditional Balinese healer Putu, you will have 2 hours of deep relaxation. It is a truly local experience where you can experience the healing hands of our massage therapist. His technique is unique and helps to create more blood flow to the heart and brain. He works on the lymphatic system that feeds the vital organs. The massage is invigorating and relaxing at the same time.
You enjoying yourself: relaxation and leisure
Your evenings and weekends are off. You have full-time access to your technical devices and we can plan your schedule around any (work-) meetings if necessary.
We offer an excursion on the Sundays if you like. so that you can discover Bali and use the weekends to relax and enjoy being a tourist on our beautiful island. You are also free to do whatever it is that you like.
